Is Ice cream healthy??? Some may argue with me, but I think ice cream has many benefits besides it tasting really good. Do I think having 10 scoops of ice cream a day is healthy? No I do not, but too much of any kind of food is not the best choice. Balance. Also, if you want to pick a fight with me about how you cannot keep ice cream in the house because you are afraid of eating the entire container, then I have a solution for you. The solution is this: go to the ice cream store and get a cup of ice cream. Eat it, enjoy it, find the pleasure in the food. There are even more nutrients in ice cream than you may have thought. Thought there was nothing good, and nothing but fat and sugar in ice cream? Natural vanilla and homemade ice cream are both calcium-rich foods!
Ice cream can actually help boost your immune system from the fact that it is a fermented food. Fermented foods are beneficial for our respiratory and gut health.
In moderation, having a portion size of ice cream is even good for your sex life! The presence of phosphorus in ice cream helps in increasing your libido by keeping up your testosterone levels.

Ice cream's nutritional value is also balanced with the fact that you can become addicted to it. Some ice cream also may contain corn syrup solids, have high sugar and fat, and can make you gain weight. Feel free to enjoy your ice cream, but everything in moderation.
To keep the ice cream eating in balance, so you don't overdo it, learn to keep the portion size to one scoop. Also, I would recommend not eating it every day. If you eat it, do not consume ice cream more than twice a week. This way you don't eat too much ice cream. Also, opt for the homemade ice-creams, because they are more nutritious, and made with milk.
